Together, ARN and partners have succeeded in increasing useful recycling to 98.7% of a car’s weight. We are working together with the entire car recycling chain to create a circular economy.
A sustainable chain, where there is no harm to the environment and habitat. This is going further and further. What is not possible now will soon be possible.

ARN stands for sustainable car recycling.
We – on behalf of the car importers – do this together with more than 200 organizations including car dismantling companies, shredding companies, collectors, and recycling companies. And with success! In the Netherlands, 98.7% of each car is reused effectively.
In addition, ARN handles the collection and recycling of car batteries for a large number of car importers. ARN also implements Scooter Recycling Netherlands. We are a not-for-profit organization funded by the recycling fee.
