Together, ARN and partners have succeeded in increasing useful recycling to 98.8% of a car’s weight. We are working together with the entire car recycling chain to create a circular economy.
This is going further and further. What is not possible now will soon be possible.

ARN stands for sustainable car recycling.
We – on behalf of the car importers – do this together with more than 200 organizations including car dismantling companies, shredding companies, collectors, and recycling companies. And with success! In the Netherlands, 98.8% of each car is reused effectively.
In addition, ARN handles the collection and recycling of EV-batteries for importers. ARN also implements Scooter Recycling Netherlands. We are a not-for-profit organization funded by the recycling fee.
