Processing and use of personally identifiable information


Which information will be used for which purpose is stated on the exact place where your personal data is processed. Your personally identifiable information will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it. This means that the name and address you provided for the purpose of sending you a newsletter will not be used for sending you other brochures, for instance, unless you indicated that you would like to receive them. It also means that your data will not be used for other purposes, such as sending you offers. If you are no longer interested in receiving information, you can unsubscribe any time. Each ARN newsletter contains an option to unsubscribe.

In processing personally identifiable information, only those data will be used that you actively provided yourself. If we keep so-called information profiles, they will only be used to adjust the website to the needs of the user and you will be notified in advance. Information profiles keep updates of which keywords are used by users, which information they request and, for instance, how they navigate through the site. Those data are not linked to personally identifiable information, which means that they can not be traced back to a person.
