Successful area meetings of ARN Auto Recycling
On 8, 10, 15, 16 and 17 February, ARN Auto Recycling held area meetings for all affiliated car dismantling companies. The reason for this was a customer satisfaction survey carried out in 2010. One of the things that came out of the survey was that there is a greater need for interaction between ARN and the car dismantling companies.
The area meetings are a good way of talking about important issues in a relatively small group. For example, there was an exhaustive discussion of the phasing out of dismantling some ARN materials, the delivery and start-up of the PST factory, and plugging gaps in the recycling chain for car wrecks. In addition to this, the Inland Revenue gave a presentation on horizontal supervision. This was to inform companies about the covenant that the Inland Revenue has agreed with the STIBA trade association.
ARN can look back on a successful series of area meetings in which many questions were answered and in which there was lively discussion. If you have any questions regarding the issues mentioned, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
