Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed to send the newsletter and to inform you about new developments and changes to our services and products. Processing occurs on the basis of legitimate interest to secure ARN’s premises and to record incidents.
How long do we retain your data?
ARN retains your data for no longer than six months. Camera footage is stored for no longer than four weeks. In the event of an incident, the footage will be retained until the incident is resolved.

Your data will not be sold to third parties. ARN will only disclose your data as necessary for the services provided, in accordance with the aforementioned purposes. Additionally, ARN may provide personal data to a third party, such as a regulatory authority or another public authority, if there is a legal obligation to do so, or to other entities as justified for the prevention, detection, and follow-up of fraud and irregularities, including the collection of claims. To carry out our services, ARN engages other companies. We enter into data processing agreements with companies that process your data on behalf of ARN to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your information. ARN remains responsible for these processes.

On the ARN website, there are buttons to promote or share web pages on third-party social media channels or websites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and Facebook. Data of children
ARN’s services are not aimed at children. Therefore, data of children under 18 years old will only be retained with explicit consent from a parent or guardian.

Retention period
ARN does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. We have a standard retention period of 2 years. This means we will delete data 2 years after the end of the agreement, transaction, or contact. If a different retention period applies, we will inform you of this. Exceptions include data we must keep longer due to legal obligations, such as for tax purposes, as well as processes for specific purposes like legal defense.
